International Shipping:
Once the item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund packages lost in transit. We cannot refund or replace stolen or unreceived packages that are confirmed or delivered in transit.

International duties and taxes are not included in the total amount at checkout. Buyers are responsible for all customs declarations. Our prices do not include any taxes or customs fees you may have to pay when the package enters your country. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued upon receipt of the return and shipping costs will be incurred.
